• You are responsible for keeping your account login and password secure.

• Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Driver Responsibilities

• Follow Pakistani traffic laws and regulations at all times.

• Drive safely, responsibly, and professionally.

• Ensure your vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for passengers.

• Accept bookings fairly and complete rides and deliveries on time.

4. Earnings & Payments

• Drivers earn according to fares calculated by the platform, minus any service fees.

• Payments will be made via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or other methods available in Pakistan.

• The platform may adjust fares, fees, or payout schedules, with notice to drivers.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel rides only under valid circumstances.

• Repeated cancellations or refusal to complete rides may lead to account suspension.

• Refunds for customers will be handled according to platform policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

Drivers must not:

• Engage in unsafe or illegal activities.

• Harass, threaten, or abuse passengers.

• Attempt to manipulate fares, ratings, or the platform system.

• Use the platform for commercial purposes outside the agreed services.

7. Liability

• The platform is not responsible for accidents, vehicle damage, or personal injuries.

• Drivers are responsible for their vehicles, passengers, and any incidents during rides or deliveries.

8. Termination

• The platform may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or Pakistani law.

• Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of serious misconduct.

9. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.

• Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
